These slips rent for $5376 per year or $560 per month. Water and Electric are included in the Slip Price, Cable is available for an additional charge.

D-Dock D-Dock this dock has slip sizes 18X44 for $4,224 per year or $440 per month and 18X48 $4,608 per year or $480 per month with 18' eaves, Water and Electric is included in the Slip Price. C-Dock C-Dock This dock has slips from size 16X40 $3,840 per year or $400 per month and 16X44 for $4,224 per year or $440 per month, Eave height 16', Water and Electric included B-Dock is our smallest dock with 10X24 slips that rent for $1,800 per year or $240 per month.
